Gov’t nurses recruitment starts July 1

The government through the Ministry of Health has announced the recruitment of unemployed privately and publicly trained nurses.

The recruitment process is for those who received their certification between 2012 and 2016.

The processes for the recruitment will commence from Monday July 1, at 9:00am and end on July 12, 2019.

Applications is expected to be submitted online on their website; hr.moh.gov.gh.

The recruitment announcement comes barely two weeks after President Akufo-Addo in principle, agreed to a request by the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley, to send some 375 Ghanaian nurses to Barbados to work in a number of their government medical facilities.

In March this year, the government recruited nurses, lab technicians and other health professionals who completed their training in 2016.

As President Akufo-Addo’s administration fulfills his 2016 promises, Ghanaians will know that he was honest with them and did not deceive them to win their votes in 2016 elections.
